Classic Homemade Humm(mmm!)us
Prep time: 15 minutes • Cook time: 4 hours refrigeration • Yields 8 Servings
1 16 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 Tbsp tahini paste
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup water
1 small clove garlic
3⁄4 tsp salt
1⁄4 tsp cumin
1⁄4 tsp ground coriander
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Spread on a plate and garnish.
